With the feature of ultra-high density, Optical cable with MTP MPO connectors can make the cabling in data center more tidy, more space-saving, thus considered as the mainstream solution for data centers. After many years' research and development in production processes of MPO/MTP patch cords, we succeed to launch the fully automated MPO polishing machine.
This equipment aims to provide automated polishing solution of MTP MPO cables for data center cabling. It defines a revolutionary solution of automated fiber polishing.

(A full polishing line usually consists of 4 or 5 machines, depending on the processing requirements)
Why is it revolutionary?
1. Fully automated.
In traditional way, every polishing step is seperated, it needs skilled technicians to operate the polishing and move from one step to next. In our production line, only 2 ordinary staff are required to upload and unload the fixture, the entire polishing process is set and carried out by the automation system.
2. Excellent yield.
By adopting unique trajectory design, the process effectively reduces the overlapping and intersecting parts of the polishing pad, thus improves the yield of the primary end face. And by accurately control the cutting amount, it ensures effective control of the surface geometry parameters (3D) , at a reliable level of ≥95%
3. Productivity.
If use the 36 head fixtures, it takes 3 minutes to finish polishing of one plate. Take 10 hours per shift for example, total production output is 7000-7200 heads. To make a comparison, the output is about 8~10 times than the traditional machine.
