Official Invitation To Optico’s Automated Fiber Polishing Machine For MT MPO MMC

Official invitation to Optico's automated fiber polishing machine for AI

As CIOE 2026 is approaching, we sincerely invite all attenders to booth# 9T55, to have a better observation of the pioneering automated fiber polishing machine for MT/ mpo /MMC.

Background:

Amidst the wave of explosive growth in AI, optical interconnection infrastructures are undergoing a sharp increase of demand, especially MPO/MTP and MMC patch cables, almost all manufacturers are booked solid with orders. Therefore, production automation has become the answer to level up industry production efficiency and ensuring product yield.

In 2025, Phoenix GT Technology Co., Ltd, a sub-company of Optico, launched its self-developed automatic polishing machine MPO-EPMOD. Shortly, it received continuous orders from many MPO / MMC manufacturers, including giants like Commscope, Corning, Rosemberger, YOFC.

To better promote this revolutionary solution, we will grandly exhibit our machine on CIOE 2026 in Shenzhen. Please pop in Booth#9T55

About MPO-EPMOD

MPO-EPMOD is a servo-driven fully automated fiber end-face precision-polishing machine, suitable for standardized precision-polishing process of fiber optic connector ferrules. It can simultaneously perform multiple MT / MPO /MMC polishing processes ( de-glue → coarse polishing→precise polishing→fiber pulling →final polishing), with averagely 3 to 3.5 minutes to polish a fixture of MPO MMC ferrules. With the customized 46F fixtures, the daily output can reach 8160-9600 pcs, almost 10 folds compared to manual polishing machines.

Main features:

--Increase production capacity, daily output 8000+ MT MPO MMC ferrules per machine

--Least dependence on skilled technicians, due to automation.

--Higher product consistency and 2D/3D yield, with sofisticated processing.
