To all customers and business partners,

We are pleased to announce the official holiday arrangement for the Dragon Boat Festival in 2026.

Optico will be closed from Friday, June 19th to Sunday, June 21st, 2026, resuming normal business operations on Monday, June 22nd.

This three-day holiday is arranged to allow all team members to celebrate the traditional festival with their families and loved ones, while honoring the culture of one of China's most cherished occasions.

To ensure all ongoing work runs smoothly without interruption during the break, all departments shall wrap up urgent pending tasks by the end of working hours on June 18th, and submit a clear handover note for any work that requires follow-up during the closure period.

The Dragon Boat Festival, also widely known as Duanwu Festival, falls on the 5th day of the 5th lunar month. For thousands of years, this festival has been marked by time-honored traditions including racing vibrant dragon boats across rivers, sharing handcrafted zongzi (sticky rice dumplings wrapped in bamboo leaves), hanging aromatic wormwood branches at doorways, and commemorating the great ancient poet Qu Yuan, whose patriotism and integrity have inspired generations of Chinese people.
