Polarization Extinction Ratio Tester

Equipped with built-in multi-channel polarization maintaining light source, no external light source is required. It supports one-click startup to realize batch and parallel testing for 12/24-core connectors and FAU arrays. It can conduct long-term PER monitoring, IL insertion loss testing and optical axis angle testing of polarization maintaining fiber, which greatly improves production line throughput.

The extinction ratio detection module adopts high-performance 5mm photodetector and polarization rotating structure. Compared with ordinary single-channel extinction ratio testers, it frees operators from manual fixture alignment for each channel, avoids detection interference caused by large-area detectors, and fully captures the optical field distribution of the entire connector end face at one time, ensuring comprehensive and accurate PER measurement results.

It achieves a PER dynamic range of more than 30dB, capable of accurately evaluating various products from high extinction ratio polarization maintaining devices to low polarization dependent devices, meeting strict testing specifications. Multiple optional interfaces are available including FC, LC, SC, FA, MPO and MT.

The system features high integration level and intuitive touch operation interface, equipped with automatic analysis software. It guarantees consistent and repeatable test data, reduces operation difficulty and human-induced errors.
