The CS ferrule polishing fixture is customized to polish the CS connectors, can polish 24 connectors at one time. It has perfect performance on polishing machines of most market brands. CS UPC and CS APC are available.
CS connector is an ultra compact dual core fiber optic connector designed by SENKO company, it is especifically for high-density optical communication applications. The CS connector adopts an integrated dual core design, with a standard spacing of 3.8mm between two 1.25mm ceramic plugs, which reduces the volume by 40% compared to the dual core LC connector. CS connectors are perfect for 400G QSFP-DD/OSFP optical modules, supporting 200G/400G network upgrades.
This polishing fixture was designed by Optico and has undergone multiple modifications and verifications, with 24 clamps and 48 clamps available. Each connector is independently compressed, easy to load and unload. 3D yield is proven to pass 95% , and insertion loss is on industial grade≤0.20dB.
