MDC UPC APC Polishing Fixture
The MDC patch cables, with a 1.25mm ultra-fine outer diameter and integrated multi-core design, achieves a qualitative leap in cabinet space utilization. Compared to conventional fiber optic connectors, MDC has a threefold increase in density within the same 1U cabinet and can accommodate 216 duplex connectors (432F), solving the contradiction of "high connection requirements and low space resources" in the data centers.
This MDC fixture is a precision tool designed specifically to polish MDC connectors of optical cables, mainly used for end face processing of MDC ferrules, ensuring low loss and high precision of fiber optic connections. The fixture applies four-corner compression design, can process 48 MDC connectors at one time. The fixtures can be customised MDC UPC or MDC APC.
